These terms apply to your use of the ProGlass Screens website (https://proglassscreens.com.au) and to quotes, orders and services supplied by ProGlass Screens, a Geelong, Victoria business (“we”, “us”). By using this website or booking our services you agree to these terms.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are an estimate based on the information and measurements available at the time. The final price is confirmed after an on-site measure. A booking is confirmed when we accept your deposit or written acceptance of our quote. Custom glass is made to measure, so orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Any “from” price shown on this website is a starting price only and depends on glass type, size, hardware and site conditions. Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice.
Installation and site access
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to make sure the space is ready on the agreed date. If we cannot complete work because of access or site problems, additional call-out charges may apply.
Warranty and consumer guarantees
Our services and products come with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any additional warranty we offer will be set out on your quote or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, or failure to follow our care instructions.
Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information. Images, text and logos belong to ProGlass Screens and may not be copied without our permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the website is always up to date or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
